Zhiyuan Lin – University of Strathclyde



zhiyuanZhiyuan (Jeff) started his PhD on February 2014, shortly after his graduation with a BEng (Hons) degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Glasgow in summer 2013. research topic is multi-scale investigation of fracture properties of cementitious materials. He is currently looking at both analytical and numerical approaches for upscalling the fracture properties of cementitious materials from nano/micro-scale to macro-scale.

Within REMINE project, Jeff will work on the fracture properties of Geoplymer with and without cork agglomerate.
